FAQ's
What is an API Call?
Any single HTTP Request to one of our endpoints counts as an API call. The filters or modifiers and the amount of stories included in your request do not affect your count.
What usage does the the Free Basic plan permit?
The Basic plan can be used for develepment and testing purchases only, and is not permitted for use in a staging or production environment. We recommend you use the Basic plan to test if Newslink will work for your project and then upgrading to a premium plan.
What happens if I exceed my monthly quota?
For the Basic and Startup plans do not allow for additional requests. All requests made after the quota has been reached will return a 403 error. With the Business and Enterprise plans, additional requests are automatically billed at the end of the month. The estimated cost can be seen in your dashboard under "Usage"
Can I get a customized plan?
Absolutely! Please email support@newslinkapi.com with your requirements and a representative will be happy to work with you to customize a plan or product solution that meets your specific needs.
Can I cancel my plan?
Of course! You can cancel your plan at any time. Your plan will continue to run until the end of your current billing cycle and you won't be charged again.
Can I get a refund?
Yes! If you are not satisfied with your plan, you can request a refund within 7 days of your purchase, more info can be found HERE
