Newslink understands that you care about how information about you is used and shared; and we appreciate your trust in us to do that carefully and sensibly. Your privacy is important to us and we work to keep your information secure.
All of our payments are securely and safely handled by Stripe.com, a platform used by millions of small and large businesses worldwide. We do not store any payment information on our own servers
100% Purchase protection
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order and we work hard to ensure that. However, if you are not satified with your purchase, we offer a refund policy.
Refund Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 7 days of your purchase and we'll be happy to provide a complete refund, as long as you meet the requirements listed below.
Newslink will refund the entire amount paid by you if:
- Your initial request for a refund is placed within seven (7) days of the purchase
- The quality of the news data from the API does not meet the quality you expected, or does not match what is described on our website
- You have made duplicate payments and both payments can be found in our system
- You made the purchase by mistake
- You have changed your mind about the purchase within 7 days
Newslink will not be obligated to provide you with a refund if:
- The refund request is placed more than 7 days after the purchase. OR
- You have used more than 50% of your monthly API call quota (You may still be elegible for a partial refund)
How do I initiate the refund?
Initiating a refund is easy. Simply send us an email (support@newslinkapi.com) or submit the form here with your account information and a short summary of why you are requesting the refund. We will then look at your case and take action within 7 business days.
Once a case is opened by you, a maximum of 7 days processing time is required by us to process your refund.
